The foregoing accounts are currently in default under certain provisions of the Declaration of Condominium and the lienholder has chosen to proceed with a non-judicial foreclosure procedure in accordance with VI Code Ann. Title 28, Chapter 36. The Sale shall require the highest bidder, other than the Creditor, to pay in cash or certified funds. The Purchaser is to pay for the preparation of the deed, documentary stamps on the deed, and the costs of recording the deed.
