Any interested person, to include creditors, objecting to the final account or the proposed distribution therein, shall file a statement of their objections in writing and serve same upon the Executor or the Estate’s counsel, prior to the final hearing. The Final Account Hearing will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 10:00 am in Courtroom No. 2 of the Magistrate Division of the Superior Court at Barbel Plaza South.
