PROJECT SYNOPSIS:

The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the execution of multiple maintenance projects on the St. Thomas campus. Each project is assigned a distinct IFB number as listed below. Interested bidders may submit proposals for one or more projects.

IFB T2025-003 – Roof and Parfait Walls Repair – South Hall Dormitory

IFB T2025-004 – Exterior and Interior Repairs  – Gordon House

IFB T2025-005 – Exterior and Interior Repairs  – Rouppe House

IFB T2025-006 – Chiller Replacements – Classroom Administration Building, West Hall Dormitory,  Ralph Paiewonsky Library

IFB T2025-007 – Generator Replacements –Penha House/Security, West Hall Dormitory

SCOPE OF WORK AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
