U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock to speak at UVI ceremony
ST. THOMAS — U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock will be the guest speaker at a special convocation at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the University of the Virgin Islands’ campus on St. Thomas, according to a UVI statement.
