U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks public comment on Christiansted Harbor study
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers initiated a feasibility study in Christiansted Harbor last week to address “maneuverability, dimension and safety concerns” in the Schooner Channel and Gallows Bay, according to a news release.
