Judge rules gov’t still owns Caneel Bay Resort
In a long-awaited decision, a federal judge has determined that EHI Acquisitions does not have a legitimate ownership claim to the former Caneel Bay Resort, and the 150-acres of land on St. John will remain property of the U.S. government.
