Derelict building bill should be less of a priority over territory's more pressing problems
St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas all have an unsightly problem: the blight of derelict, vacant, and pest-invested buildings existing as eyesores in the midst of the islands’ downtowns and across the landscapes.
