Coast Guard rescues missing snorkler on rocks off Hams Bluff Lighthouse
A U.S. Coast Guard boat crew rescued a missing snorkeler who was found stranded on the rocks off the Hams Bluff Lighthouse on St. Croix Tuesday afternoon.
