A UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter from the Puerto Rico Army National Guard’s aviation division drops water on a smoldering fire at St. Thomas’ Bovoni Landfill on Wednesday. The fire, in the landfill’s “green waste” section, entered its seventh day.
