The Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission has reinstated its Taxi and Tour Operator Certification Program for Class C Operators’ Licenses. All paid aspirants must present proof of payment to the Virgin Islands Taxicab offices at 8201 Subbase, 1st Floor, Property and Procurement Building, St. Thomas, or 3274 Richmond, St. Croix, no later than Friday March 14.
