The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive forensic audit of its financial operations. VIHFA administers a variety of funding sources—including federal grants, tax credits, and local subsidies—and is committed to strengthening transparency and accountability through this initiative.
