The Virgin Islands Environmental Resource Station (VIERS) on St. John is making strides toward revitalization. Thanks to a $245,000 grant from the National Science Foundation, the University of the Virgin Islands has completed key renovations to the lab, marking a significant step in rebuilding after the 2017 hurricanes forced its closure.
