PUBLIC NOTICE
The Department of Planning and Natural Resources announces that pursuant to Virgin Islands Rules and Regulations, Title 12, Chapter 21, Section 904-3 meetings of the St Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone
Management Commission have been scheduled to begin on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. This meeting will be held via the video conferencing platform Microsoft Teams.
Public Hearing for Coastal Zone Management No. CZMJLW000l-25- Total Energies Marketing Puerto Rico Corporation- Modification.
The project proposes modification for terminal operations for storage and delivery of Jet Fuel to Cyril E. King Airport. The project also includes construction of new installations inside terminal premises such as a loading rack, firefighting system and remodeling the administrative building.
The project is located on Plot No. 70Y Estate Lindbergh Bay, St. Thomas Virgin Islands 00802.
