NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with Section 717 Chapter 12 of Title 29, Virgin Islands Code, as amended, a public hearing for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (“VIEDC”) will be held beginning at 9AM on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
This hearing will be virtually conducted via Zoom.com, a software-based platform for video and audio communications.

Any person interested in the approval or disapproval of any application, or interested in making a statement with regard to such application or other proceeding which will be the subject of the hearing, may appear and be heard, provided such person provides the Chief Executive Officer with written notice of the matter on which he would like to be heard and the approximate length of his remarks or statements at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date of the public hearing.
NOTICE OF GOVERNING BOARD MEETING
All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, a decision meeting will be held for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (Applications and Compliance matters) following the VIEDC public hearing. These meetings will be conducted via Zoom.
Please be advised that the VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in 1 V.I.C. § 254.
