CCZP0087-25: Roy Sheridan requesting a rezoning from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) for Remainder Parcel No. 1 and Plot No. 1-F, Estate Morning Star, Queen Quarter, St. Croix.  The purpose of the request is to allow the property to be developed for affordable housing.

CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, notice is hereby given to all interested parties regarding decision meetings scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 9:00 AM to consider matters related to the Enterprise Zone Commission along with applications and compliance matters for the V.I. Economic Development Commission.
