CCZP0087-25: Roy Sheridan requesting a rezoning from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) for Remainder Parcel No. 1 and Plot No. 1-F, Estate Morning Star, Queen Quarter, St. Croix. The purpose of the request is to allow the property to be developed for affordable housing.
