On New Year’s Day, Michael Connors walked 10 hours and 26.8 miles from Point Udall, the easternmost point of St. Croix, to the Whim Museum on the edge of the West End’s Frederiksted town sporting bright yellow “Save Whim Museum” vests on his back and chest.
