On Thursday, Smith delivered a pair of sensational performances at the NCAA Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon, qualifying for the finals in both the 400-meter hurdles and the 4×400-meter relay.
In the 400m hurdles semi-final, Smith dominated her heat with a time of 55.65 seconds, securing an automatic qualification to the final. Her fluid stride and powerful finish left no doubt about her readiness to contend for the national title. The final is set for Saturday, June 14 at 7:27 PM ET, where she will face off against the nation’s elite hurdlers at the iconic Hayward Field.
