NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition for Ancillary Administration has been filed on behalf of the Estate of Norma Canelas Roth, a/k/a Norma C. Roth, a/k/a Norma Roth, deceased. All persons having claims against the Estate are required to present them, verified by affidavit, to the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, Division of St. Croix, or to Charlotte Sheldon, Esq., Attorney for the Estate of Norma Canelas Roth, a/k/a Norma C. Roth, a/k/a Norma Roth, McChain Hamm & Associates, LLC, with an address of 5030 Anchor Way, Suite 13 Christiansted, VI 00820, within 30 days from the date hereof. All persons indebted to the Estate shall make payment to the undersigned or to the Ancillary Executor, William D. Roth.
