PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition for Administration of Intestate Estate pursuant to 15 V.I.C. §152 was filed in the above-entitled estate. All persons having claims against the Estate are required to file such claims, along with proper vouchers duly verified by Affidavit, with the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands Division of St. Croix, or Nathan J. Mirocha of MirochaLaw, LLC Attorney for the Estate, 1138 King Street, #108, Christiansted, VI 00820, within six (6) months from the date hereof. All persons indebted to the estate shall make payment to the undersigned.
