NOTICE OF FINAL ACCOUNT HEARING
Upon consideration of the Final Account filed herein by Ferne McAlpin, Executor of the above captioned Estate, the Judge Yolande Brow Ross, Magistrate Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands by Order dated November 19, 2025, Ordered that the 9th day of January 2026, at 10:00 a.m., be and the same is hereby fixed as the date for final hearing upon said Final Account, and upon the distribution therein proposed; provided, that notice of such hearing be published and posted pursuant to 15 V.l.C. §564 and V.I. R. Prob. 17(c), and proof of such service shall be filed with the Clerk of the Superior Court prior to the date of the hearing, in accordance with V.I. R Prob. 17(c).
