PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to furnish and install Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) for its new School of Nursing building located on the Albert A. Sheen Campus in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The selected vendor will be responsible for the following:
- Supply: All materials and products listed in Attachment A (PDF: UVI SON_06_24_2025_FFE_bid set.pdf), including HON Motivate series or approved equals
- Delivery: Transport of all items to the St. Croix Campus
- Installation: Complete setup of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment per manufacturer specs and drawings
- Clean-up: Removal of all packaging and installation debris
- Warranties: Provide warranty coverage for all products and workmanship
Items include but are not limited to:
- Desks, seating, tables, and storage units
- Equipment and accessories
- Fixtures and installation hardware
