The holidays arrived early this year for nearly 200 students from Lockhart K-8 and Jane E. Tuitt Schools, who gathered at Pier 22 on St. Thomas Tuesday for a festive gift-giving event hosted by the Tourism Department, the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA), and Diamonds International.
