The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) from experienced and certified environmental consultants to provide professional services related to Lead-Based Paint and Asbestos Testing in support of HUD-funded housing and community development projects.
