Pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 31 of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government of the Virgin Islands, the Bureau of Information Technology is seeking qualified contractors with the knowledge, experience, and expertise to manage the Emergency Critical Operations & Mission Ready Mobile Communications Project in the St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix District.
