Pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 31 of the Virgin Islands Code, the Department of Planning and Natural Resources is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for Development of the USVI Territorial Park System Unit Management Plans

Proposals will be accepted no later than 4:30 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time on Friday, October 17, 2025
