PUBLIC NOTICE
The Department of Planning and Natural Resources announces that pursuant to Virgin Islands Rules and Regulations, Title 12, Chapter 21, Section 904-3 meetings of the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission have been scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. This meeting will be held via the video conferencing platform Zoom.
Items on the agenda include a Decision Meeting for Major Coastal Zone Management No. CZT-4-11(L) CREF3 USVI Hotel Owner Inc, – Modification.
The project proposes to construct a new pad for propane tank relocation and reconfigure the existing concrete pads along the service entrance drive for the installation of five (5) air cooled chillers. The work for the concrete pads for the chillers involve no earthwork, only concrete pad construction on the concrete drive. The propane pad involves minor earth work to a landscaped area and silt control has been installed.
The project is located at No. 5 Estate Bakkero, S. Thomas 00804.
