CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT-RISK (CMAR) SERVICES
IQRA ACADEMY is issuing a Request for Proposal(RFP) for licensed contractors in the U.S. Virgin Islands who are interested in providing Construction Management Services At-Risk, including pre-construction and General Construction Services for the Construction of a K-12 School, at No. 20 & 21 Estate Mountain, Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
The successful bidder will be responsible for executing all work outlined in the scope of work. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 9:00 am. There will be a Site Visit on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 9:00 am. The last day for written clarification will be Friday, July 09, 2025, at 12:00 noon, and the last day for acceptance of Bids will be Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 12:00 noon. All times are Atlantic Standard Time.
