REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Summary
Bloom Analytics LLLP, a participant in the Virgin Islands Economic Development Incentive Program of the US Virgin Islands, has a procurement requirement to purchase goods and services locally in the Virgin Islands to the maximum extent practicable and is currently seeking proposals for the work described below. All proposals must be received no later than close of business on June 6th, 2025.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified candidates, conduct a fair evaluation based on prescribed criteria, and select the candidate(s) who is/are the best fit for the project. Bloom Analytics LLLP reserves the right to award contract(s) as it sees fit and the bidder or bidders of its choosing when and how it deems appropriate.
Project I – Preparation for new Elevator Installation
The purpose of this project is to prepare our building for the modernization of our elevator; however, additional work may be needed for repairs or finishing after the modernization is completed.
This project requires relevant experience and expertise in construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire service and access integration. Although a single provider is preferred, due to the breadth of this project, multiple contractors could be considered.
Project II – Office Space Buildout
The purpose of this project is to build out a section of an open area, approximately 2600 sq. feet, into usable space. This project requires relevant experience and expertise in general construction, including but not limited to drywall framing, painting, floor tile installation, drop ceiling hanging, installation of LED lights, and other electrical work and light plumbing.
