Title 28, Chapter 36. The sale of the Property is to satisfy the past due obligations of the Owner(s) as evidenced by the Claim(s) of Lien duly recorded at the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for the District of St. Thomas and St. John as Document Nos. 2025003683 to 2025003690, 2025003692 to 2025003699, and 2025003701 to 2025003704.
The Sale shall require the highest bidder, other than the Creditor, to pay in cash or certified funds. The Sale shall be subject to taxes and assessments, easements, restrictions of record, and any senior mortgage lien. The Purchaser is to pay for the preparation of the deed, documentary stamps on the deed, and the costs of recording the deed.
