All other ports in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will remain in Port Condition X-RAY until further notice.
The Coast Guard captain of the port sets Port Condition Yankee. Port conditions, set by the local Coast Guard captain of the port and posted on the Coast Guard Navigation Center, indicate the predicted time frame for gale-force winds to arrive at a port, with each condition dictating specific actions for vessels and port facilities.
