USVISF Men’s Premier League Sees 12 Goals in Action-Packed Sunday

It was a goal-heavy Sunday in the U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation Men’s Premier League as Rovers SC and New Vibes SC cruised to dominant victories at Bethlehem Soccer Complex. A total of twelve goals were scored across both matches, with offensive talent and tactical execution on full display.
Rovers SC made their intentions clear from the opening whistle in the day’s first fixture, delivering a 6–1 win over Prankton SC.
Anthony Suarez led the charge, scoring in the 15th, 47th, and 50th minutes. Majd Alghoussaini added to the tally just before halftime with a 42nd-minute goal that gave Rovers a 2–0 lead at the break.

The floodgates opened in the second half. Kidaniel Perez scored in the 69th minute, followed by a late goal from Ali Yusuf, who had just been subbed in minutes earlier. His strike in the 85th sealed an emphatic six-point win.
Prankton SC’s Shadiin Tafari Smith managed a lone goal in the 49th minute, but the team struggled to keep pace with Rovers’ relentless attacking front.
Afterward, on St. Thomas, New Vibes SC put forth a strong team effort to defeat Raymix SC 4–1.
Leonardo Regala got things started in the 21st minute, finishing off a quick attacking move. Lentz Bazelais added a goal in the 40th minute, capitalizing on defensive confusion to make it 2–0 before the break.

Regala’s second goal came in the 54th minute, putting New Vibes comfortably ahead. Another goal from Bethelmy Villard in the 81st minute increased the lead to 4-0. A tragic 91st-minute own goal pushed the final scoreline to 4–1 in favor of New Vibes.
The match also saw three yellow cards issued. Nawqan Henry of New Vibes received a booking in the 16th minute. For Raymix SC, captain Marco Emile was shown a yellow in the 20th minute, followed by a card to Gali Prat in the 43rd.
The wins boost the momentum for both undefeated New Vibes and ambitious Rovers as they seek to reclaim the top position in the league.
