NOTICE is hereby given that the Executor for the ESTATE OF DONALD ALEXANDER SMITH, Deceased, has filed a Final Account for the Estate in the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Any interested person, to include creditors, objecting to the final account or the proposed distribution therein, shall file a statement of their objections in writing and serve same upon the Executor or the Estate’s counsel, prior to the final hearing.
