The Washington Nationals fired manager Davey Martinez and general manager Mike Rizzo and manager Dave Martinez on Sunday night, sources told ESPN’s Jeff Passan, hours after a 6-4 loss at home completed a sweep of his struggling club by the Boston Red Sox.
