The Virgin Islands Lottery has kicked off its EX-90 Golden Christmas Jackpot, unveiling more than $1 million in cash and holiday prizes as part of its territory-wide seasonal promotion. Anyone who purchases a $50 full sheet of V.I. Lottery tickets will also receive a complimentary festive holiday bag filled with V.I. Lottery trinkets, while supplies last.
