Season Finale of Live With Laura Highlights Culinary Talent, Mindset Coaching, and Women’s Business Development

ST. CROIX — The season finale of the Live with Laura show is set to spotlight entrepreneurship, personal growth, and women-led innovation across the Virgin Islands, as the program prepares to air its final episode on Tuesday, November 18 at 7:30 p.m. on The VI Consortium, with a later broadcast scheduled on the Government Access Channel. The closing episode marks an energetic end to the season, highlighting the work of women who have been shaping business and empowerment efforts throughout the territory.

Hosted by Laura Forbes, the finale brings together guests whose work spans culinary arts, mindset coaching, and the growing community of women enrolled in the Women in Business VI & Caribbean Inc. (WIBVIC) Skills2Profit Accelerator Program. The episode features three segments focused on entrepreneurship, transformational finance and mindset development, and culinary mastery.

One of the guests, Erika Cline, owner and chef of Bleu Chocolat in Christiansted, appears in the episode to share her culinary journey. A pastry expert known for her work with chocolate, Ms. Cline brings experience rooted in the U.S. and the Caribbean, offering viewers a look at the broader reach of her craft.

Nichole Knight, a Money Mindset & Transition Coach with FREEDOM CHASER Lifestyle Travel, also joins the finale. She discusses themes of financial freedom, intentional living, and the mindset shifts involved in personal and economic transformation.

A central feature of the episode is the spotlight on participants in the WIBVIC Skills2Profit Accelerator Program. Women In Business VI & Caribbean Inc. is presenting several members of its current cohort—an assembly of entrepreneurs who have spent the past 12 weeks developing business concepts, strengthening core skills, and building confidence as they move toward launching or expanding their ventures. The women represent a broad mix of industries across the Virgin Islands, including wellness, fashion, food, beauty, creative services, and home essentials.

Throughout the program, the cohort has taken part in expert-led sessions, hands-on learning, mentorship, and practical exercises designed to reinforce business fundamentals. Their appearance on the show reflects not only their individual efforts but also the broader mission of Women In Business VI & Caribbean Inc., which seeks to help women “unlock their potential, elevate their voices, and create sustainable pathways to generational success.”

The organization notes that the entrepreneurs featured in the Skills2Profit segment demonstrate resilience, commitment, and a clear investment in economic empowerment—qualities that align with the purpose of the accelerator and the values of the wider WIBVIC community.

The final episode of the season airs Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. AST.
