IQRA Academy is inviting licensed contractors in the U.S. Virgin Islands to submit proposals for Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) services, including both pre-construction and general construction services, for the development of a new K-12 school at No. 20 & 21 Estate Mountain, St. Croix.
The scope of work involves comprehensive construction management responsibilities, as detailed in the official Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested contractors are expected to meet all outlined requirements and deadlines.
