IQRA Academy has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for licensed contractors in the U.S. Virgin Islands interested in providing building demolition services at No. 20 & 21 Estate Mountain, St. Croix.
The successful bidder will be responsible for executing all work specified in the demolition scope and drawings. Key dates related to the bidding process are as follows:
- Pre-Bid Meeting: Friday, January 3, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. AST
- Site Visit: Friday, January 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. AST
- Deadline for Written Clarifications: Friday, January 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. AST
- Bid Submission Deadline: Friday, January 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. AST
