The Kappa League operates under Kappa Alpha Psi’s Guide Right Program, a signature initiative focused on leadership development, mentorship, and academic support for young men. Participants are introduced to professional development opportunities, service projects, and workshops intended to foster character, discipline, and readiness for leadership roles in their schools, communities, and future careers.
“This program is about more than mentorship; it’s about building character, instilling discipline, and equipping our young men with the tools to excel,” said Didier Hughes III, Polemarch of the St. Croix Alumni Chapter.
Following the induction, the new members will embark on a year of activities including leadership training, community service initiatives, and structured workshops led by Kappa Alpha Psi brothers. The chapter expressed pride in expanding its mentorship impact and reaffirmed its commitment to youth empowerment and the Guide Right mission.

Photos from the ceremony featured the inductees alongside fraternity members, keynote speaker Brother Harold Brown Jr., and leadership remarks from Brother Hakim Donadelle. Family members were also present to celebrate, including images of inductee Meshach Pryce Jr. with his mother.
