ST. CROIX — St. Croix Central High School is inviting alumni, parents, and the wider community to a night of celebration, unity, and pride as it hosts the “Ignite the S.P.A.R.K. Red Party” on Saturday, November 22 at Believe It @ Coconuts.
The event, open to Carib alumni and friends, will serve as both a community celebration and a fundraiser supporting the school’s Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) initiative known as S.P.A.R.K. — Support • Positivity • Achievement • Respect • Kindness.
The S.P.A.R.K. initiative is described as a transformative, school-wide culture movement designed to strengthen student leadership, reward positive behavior, and foster a climate of encouragement and respect. The program aims to ensure that students feel valued and motivated, while faculty and staff are supported and appreciated as they continue shaping the next generation of Virgin Islands leaders.
The fundraiser will directly support several key components of the initiative, including student rewards and incentive programs, the SPARK Student Leadership Ambassador Program, faculty and staff appreciation initiatives, and the creation of a SPARK Lounge and Rewards Store. Additional funds will go toward positive engagement and motivational events, as well as efforts to enhance school culture and campus pride.

Organizers say the goal is to build a stronger culture of excellence, unity, and respect at Central High School — one that uplifts both students and the wider island community. “When we uplift our students, we uplift our island,” the release states.
The evening promises to be one of elegance and excitement, celebrating Carib pride through live entertainment and community connection. The event’s Ruby Reception cocktail hour will set the tone for a night of dancing, raffles, a silent auction, and a “Best Dressed in Crimson” contest, all supported by a cash bar.
Guests will enjoy a live performance by VIO International and music by DJ IQ, creating an atmosphere of energy and celebration. Doors open at 7:00 p.m., and guests are encouraged to wear all-red attire to reflect the night’s theme.
Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at the St. Croix Central High School main office. Proceeds will go directly toward supporting S.P.A.R.K.’s mission to strengthen student engagement, morale, and school culture.
“This will be a powerful evening of connection, elegance, and Carib pride — all in support of our students and staff,” organizers said. “We invite alumni, parents, community leaders, and friends of education to stand with us. Your support helps cultivate excellence, encouragement, and school pride at St. Croix Central High School.”
Those interested in sponsorship opportunities or additional details are encouraged to contact the school at (340) 778-0123.
