Pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 31 of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government of the Virgin Islands, Office of the Governor is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to for Film Documentary Services

Proposals will be accepted no later than 4:30 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time on Friday, October 31, 2025.
