At least 17 consulates — in the UK, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, South Korea, and Bosnia and Herzegovina — and 10 embassies — including outposts in Malta, the Maldives, Grenada, Luxembourg and several African nations — have been suggested for the chopping block.
